Happy Monday Team!
Huge congratulations to our newly promoted students this past week! We welcomed Ryan, Will, and John into the ranks of purple belt, and Roxy, Rachel, Ben, and Kyle into the rank of blue. There are a number of students in line for promotions in Summer of 2026 and the room just continues to get a little more colorful and a lot more dangerous.
This week’s newsletter will largely just be logistical. We have some huge holidays on the horizon, so naturally our schedule will reflect that. We regularly take our foot off the gas pedal between Christmas and New Year’s and run a skeleton crew, as attendance is low and it’s a great opportunity for our team to rest and recharge alongside the student body. Please note the following holiday schedule:
12.24 Wednesday (Xmas Eve)
- 10am Open Mat
- All other classes cancelled
12.25 Thursdsay (Xmas)
- Closed
12.26 Friday
- 6pm Open Mat
12.27 Saturday
- 10am Striking 101 + Striking open mat
- 11am BJJ open mat
12.29 Monday
- 4pm Fit Jitsu
- 5pm Youth MMA (all Muay Thai + BJJ youth students welcome to attend)
- 6pm Striking (all levels)
- 7:30pm Nogi BJJ (all levels)
12.30 Tuesday
- No Youth Muay Thai (Thaiboxing students should attend Monday @ 5pm)
- 6pm Striking 301
- 7:30pm Gi BJJ (all levels)
12.31 Wednesday
- No Youth classes
- Open Mat TBD
1.1 Thursday
- Closed (open mat TBD)
1.2 Friday
